If you have a question about your rights, a data request, or a dispute under our terms, our dedicated legal support team is the right contact.

ACCOUNT SECURITY PRACTICES

How We Protect and Manage Your Data

Our data handling and security practices are designed to be transparent and auditable. Here is what we do across the six areas that matter most to your account.

Data Collection Scope

We collect only what is necessary to operate your account: identity documents for KYC, payment references for UPI and Paytm transactions, and session logs for security monitoring. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Cookie Use

Our site uses functional cookies to keep you logged in, analytics cookies to understand page performance, and preference cookies to remember your language and lobby settings. You can manage cookie categories in your browser or account settings.

Data Retention Schedule

Account data is held for the period required by Indian financial regulations after account closure. Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments are retained for seven years in line with applicable tax and audit requirements.

Account Security Controls

All accounts are protected by two-factor authentication. Withdrawal requests trigger an additional identity check before funds clear back to your linked UPI or PhonePe handle. Suspicious login attempts are flagged and the account is temporarily locked pending your confirmation.

Your Access Rights

You can request a full export of the personal data we hold on your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will deliver a structured data file within 30 days of a verified request, at no charge, in line with applicable Indian data protection rules.

Requesting Changes or Deletion

To correct inaccurate personal data or request account deletion, email [email protected] with your account ID. Deletion requests are processed within the legally required timeframe; some data may be retained longer where law requires it.

What You Need to Know About Our Policies

These questions cover the most common legal and privacy queries we receive from account holders in India. If your question is not here, reach out to [email protected] directly.

Your account agreement is governed by applicable Indian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process is subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, as specified in the full Terms of Use document.

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, state 'Data Access Request' in the subject line, and include your account ID. We will send a structured export within 30 days at no cost to you.

Yes. Submit a deletion request to [email protected] with your account ID. We will close your account and erase personal data that we are not legally required to retain. Some records, such as transaction logs for UPI and Paytm, must be kept under Indian financial regulations.

We use three categories: functional cookies that keep your session active, analytics cookies that help us improve page performance, and preference cookies that remember your lobby and language settings. You can adjust non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.

Payment references are recorded in our transaction ledger and retained for seven years as required by Indian tax and audit rules. We do not store your full UPI PIN or PhonePe credentials — those remain with the respective payment processor.

We email all account holders at the address on file before material changes take effect. The updated document is also published on this page with a revision date. Continuing to use the platform after the notice period means you have accepted the revised terms.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law in your state or territory permits. Check the Terms of Use for the current list of regions where the platform operates, as this can change when local regulations are updated.
